宋朝宋仁宗即位年间，福建省晋江县泉州有条大江，两岸相对有二里的距离，所以泉州的居民每天都以渡船为交通工具。可是大江的水势激流险恶无比，为此年中翻船丧身大江的人数是不计其数，后来据传说是江中有一龟一蛇二妖在作弄，仁宗天子为百姓安宁派了蔡状元襄往泉州督造大桥，他乃是个孝子，他母曾经发过誓若其子考中三元一定要其子洛阳造桥。蔡襄为国为孝经过五年多造桥的工程一无成就反而损钱、损民为此担忧洛阳江这么险恶。蔡襄自想如果天助造此桥比较简单……。2024年河北广播电视台非遗元宵晚会《非遗璀璨映元宵》将上演全国各地最经典、最具特色、最喜闻乐见的各类非遗节目，晚会中有非遗名家演绎经典桥段、少数民族非遗项目欢聚一堂、非遗表演传统与现代的融合创新展示等，为观众呈现一场回味经典、焕然一新、热闹欢聚的非遗主题元宵晚会。。A documentary potted history of WW2, the novelty here is that most of the film has been "colorized".
