A rookie flyer, Ens. Alan Drake, joins the famous Hellcats Squadron right out of flight school in Pensacola. He doesn't make a great first impression when he is forced to ditch his airplane and parachute to safety when he arrives at the base but is unable to land due to heavy fog. On his first official outing, his poor shooting skills results in the Hellcats losing an air comba...。デビュー作「大日本人」（07）で、カンヌ国際映画祭の監督週間部門に正式招待された人気お笑い芸人、ダウンタウン・松本人志の監督第2作。気がつくと、四方を白い壁に囲まれた何もない部屋に閉じ込められていた謎の男の脱出劇が、コミカルかつミステリアスなタッチで描かれる。前作同様、松本自身が主演と脚本を兼任。共同脚本に高須光聖。音楽は「チャイナシャドー」「ジュブナイル」の清水靖晃。。
